![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Not everyone prefers digital only, so it still applies in some sense. ![]() The only perk that I'm aware of when you pre-order these expansion packs is that you get to download them sooner, so when they release you can play immediately instead of waiting ten more minutes for them to download. There isn't a set number of copies of this game. You buy it and you have it, no matter if you pre-order it or if you buy it the second it releases. So I don't really see how this makes sense, especially for The Sims.? It's not like an online multiplayer game that has limited-capacity servers. This would've made sense a decade ago when you could only buy physical copies of games. For the most part, pre-ordering is for those who want to make sure they have a reserved copy (extremely popular games) at release. ![]()
